At Hooks N' Chunx, we aim to get your gear from our clubhouse to your front door as efficiently as possible. Once an order is placed, our team works quickly to process and package your items with the same care you’d give a birdie putt. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays in delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to look your best on the fairway. If your gear doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to our support team to initiate the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we strive for perfection, we know that sometimes things go into the rough. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize making it right and ensuring you get the high-quality gear you ordered.
